Yes. FreeWOD does not require an account, email address, login, or password. Install the app and start tracking your training locally.

Where is my workout data stored?

Your workout data stays on your device. FreeWOD has no backend, no analytics tracking, and no forced cloud sync.

Is FreeWOD free?

Core tracking stays free: WODs, lifting, PRs, history, notes, settings, and JSON backup are part of the free experience.
